Booking confirmation
This website does not take online payments. Treatment availability, duration, total price and any advance payment or cancellation terms are confirmed directly by Doral Spa before a booking is final. Published prices include VAT.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Doral Spa as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Eligibility for rescheduling or refund depends on the booking terms confirmed to you, the notice provided and whether the service has started.
Completed services
Completed treatments are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Doral Spa confirms that the booked service was not provided as agreed.
Packages and advance payments
Any conditions applying to packages, deposits, promotional rates or advance payments will be disclosed and confirmed before payment. Refunds, when approved, are returned using an available method agreed with the customer.
Requesting a review
To request a refund review, contact us with the booking name, appointment date, treatment and payment details. We will review the request and respond using the contact method provided.
